The Nicole Winkler Jewellery Approach
What Makes a Nicole Winkler Commission Different
Personal Collaboration
You’ll work directly with me in an intimate artistic partnership, free from salespeople and middlemen.
Meaningful Aristry
A background in arts and theatre means I am trained in translating emotion and story into meaningful, physical form.
Boldly Unconventional
While many jewellers default to diamonds, I’m drawn to rare, expressive stones and geometric designs that play with colour, tone and light.
Master Craftsmanship
Custom crafted under my careful supervision in Sydney by master craftsmen obsessed with getting every detail exactly right.
Exquisitely Thorough
From initial sketches and painted elevations to 3D-printed prototypes and final presentation, my process is an experience in itself.

TIMELINE
In Pursuit of Art & Beauty Since The Very Beginning
1970s
I was born under the bright skies of Western Australia. I spent my childhood surrounded by light, colour, and the open spaces that still influence the way I design today.
1980s
I lost my parents young. That early grief taught me that life is fleeting, precious and beautiful. It led me to embrace La Dolce Vita, Italian for ‘the sweet life’ or living well and savoring every moment. It taught me that milestones deserve to be marked, celebrated, and remembered. It taught me the true value of the heirlooms we pass down to our children.
1990s
At University, I studied both Acting and Visual Arts. I learned how to take abstract emotion, symbolism and story and translate it into its most meaningful physical form. I didn't know it yet, but I was training for exactly the work I do now.
2000s
I spent fifteen years performing and producing for stage and television whilst also working in sales and design for high-end jewellers, learning the craft from the inside. Somewhere between the footlights and the jewellery counter, the idea for Nicole Winkler Jewellery began to take form.
2007
Nicole Winkler Jewellery was born amongst the art, lights and hum of creativity in Newtown, Sydney.
2010s
Motherhood deepened my understanding of legacy, what we pass on, and how love can be made tangible. My work grew more distinct: bold yet refined, colourful yet timeless.
2020s
In the 2020s my work found a wider audience. My jewellery appeared on the Logies red carpet, in Jeweller Magazine and Jewellery World, and was selected to exhibit in A Century of Sparkle: Celebrating 100 Years of Art Deco at GemGenève in Geneva. I was honoured to receive the JAA Award for CAD/CAM Design and to be named a Finalist for Jeweller of the Year in 2025.
Looking to the Future
As I look to the years ahead, my work continues to evolve. I’m excited to launch the Goddess Range in 2026, to refine my art and to continue to bring sparkling moments of happiness to my clients' lives.
