SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders within Australia are sent via Australia Post, Express post, registered with signature on delivery. Sydney customers can pick up their pieces from my Inner West studio in person. I also ship worldwide, International express shipping is via FedEx. You will be contacted on dispatch of your order with a tracking number and details of how to track. Express international shipping takes between 3-5 days to Europe and USA.

For all international shipments of jewellery to the United States, Nicole Winkler Jewellery Pty Ltd will pay for international shipping and handling fees. However, any customs duty and processing fees payable upon arrival of the goods into the US and any associated State/County or City sales or use taxes remain the responsibility of the purchaser. Please ensure that you check with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and your local state jurisdiction to determine if you will incur customs duties or sales tax on your purchase.
